Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights Unveils 33rd Edition in Orlando
Orlando, Florida (August 30, 2024) – Tonight marks the chilling kickoff of Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando Resort, heralded as the most anticipated Halloween event of the year. In its 33rd iteration, the event will run through November 3, promising visitors a spine-tingling experience with 10 new haunted houses and five fear-inducing scare zones.
Among the standout attractions are houses like "A Quiet Place," plunging visitors into a post-apocalyptic world where survival is paramount; "Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire," challenging fans to combat a freezing spirit in New York; and "Insidious: The Further," delving into a paranormal dimension. Additionally, "Universal Monsters: Eternal Bloodlines" pits classic monsters in an epic showdown, while “Slaughter Sinema 2” offers a marathon of B-movie horror.
The five scare zones will feature “Duality of Fear,” where visitors confront SINIST3R and SURR3AL; “Torture Faire,” showcasing medieval tortures; and “Demon Queens,” a realm ruled by supernatural queens.
The event will also showcase the live show "Nightmare Fuel: Nocturnal Circus," a new themed Tribute Store, and a menu of food and beverages inspired by this year's attractions.
Moreover, Universal Orlando's hotels will undergo Halloween-themed transformations, offering exclusive guest experiences such as special entry access and complimentary transportation to the theme parks.
