Grand Case, Saint Martin — Saint Martin officially launched its 2026 tourism season with a high-level institutional gathering held at the Grand Case Beach Club, bringing together elected officials, tourism professionals, technical teams and local media.

The event was led by Valérie Damaseau, President of the Saint Martin Tourist Office, alongside Angèle Dormoy, President of the Saint Martin Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Crafts (CCISM). Both leaders delivered their New Year’s addresses and outlined the key strategic priorities and action plans for the upcoming tourism cycle.

This official launch marked the beginning of two days of structured meetings and discussions, during which the Tourist Office and CCISM teams engaged with tourism stakeholders to exchange views on shared priorities, operational strategies and long-term perspectives for 2026.

In her remarks, Damaseau emphasized the importance of public-private cooperation as a cornerstone of Saint Martin’s tourism development, stressing the need to move from planning to concrete implementation. Dormoy, in turn, highlighted the role of the local business community and the Chamber of Commerce as essential partners in strengthening the island’s economic and tourism ecosystem.

Organizers described the initiative as a key moment of dialogue, consultation and collective mobilization, aimed at reinforcing Saint Martin’s competitiveness, enhancing the visitor experience and ensuring sustainable growth.

With this institutional agenda, Saint Martin enters the 2026 tourism season with a unified vision focused on collaboration, innovation and the promotion of the destination’s unique Caribbean identity.
