The complex is also connected to the new Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel, an 800-room headquarters hotel that will allow event organizers to host major conventions with integrated accommodations and meeting facilities in a single campus environment.

Industry observers note that the transformation of the Broward County Convention Center strengthens Fort Lauderdale’s position as a leading destination for meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE).
