ST. JOHN’S, Antigua and Barbuda. The Caribbean is once again showcasing its vibrant culinary scene with the highly anticipated Culinary Month of Antigua and Barbuda, a month-long celebration running from May 1 through May 31, 2026, that transforms the twin-island destination into one of the region’s top gastronomic hotspots.

Over four spectacular weeks, visitors and locals alike will enjoy a unique blend of fine dining, beachfront culinary experiences, international chef collaborations, food festivals, and immersive tasting events highlighting the multicultural flavors of Antigua and Barbuda.

The destination combines gourmet travel with the ultimate Caribbean escape: white-sand beaches, turquoise waters, luxury resorts, vibrant local culture, and an increasingly recognized culinary scene that continues to position Antigua and Barbuda as a leading food tourism destination in the Caribbean.

Restaurant Week takes center stage from May 3–17

One of the highlights of Culinary Month 2026 is the Antigua & Barbuda Restaurant Week, taking place from May 3 to May 17, featuring special prix-fixe menus and exclusive dining experiences at some of the islands’ most celebrated restaurants.

A major attraction during Restaurant Week will be the popular Culinary Crawl Experiences, curated food tours allowing guests to visit multiple restaurants in a single evening while exploring different parts of the island.

Featured culinary crawls include:

  • The Northside experience with stops at Charr’d, Bay House and Weatherills
  • The Southside crawl featuring Sheer Rocks, Rokuni and Dennis Beach Bar
  • The “Eat Like a Local” culinary tour focused on authentic island flavors and Caribbean street food
  • The English Harbour experience with visits to Catherine's Café, Koya and Loose Cannon

The events combine international cuisine, local ingredients, waterfront settings, and the laid-back atmosphere that defines Antigua and Barbuda.

FAB Fest to spotlight food, art and beverage culture

The signature event of the month will be the highly anticipated FAB Fest — Food, Art & Beverage Festival, scheduled for May 23 at Cedar Valley Golf Club.

The festival will bring together chefs, mixologists, artists, and local producers in a vibrant celebration of Caribbean gastronomy, cocktails, music, and creative culture.

FAB Fest has become one of the destination’s premier tourism and lifestyle events, attracting food lovers, travelers, and hospitality industry professionals from around the region and beyond.

Chef collaborations and exclusive dining events

From May 22 to May 30, Culinary Month will also feature an impressive lineup of Chef Collaboration Dinners and special culinary events with visiting chefs from around the world.

Among the featured experiences are:

  • “Gathered: At The Antiguan Table” at Rokuni at Sugar Ridge
