Israel announced that it will affect more than 8,000 police officers and other security forces that need. "The device will include more than 8,000 agents, border guards and special bodies," said police spokesman, Miki Rosenfeld.

Rosenfeld said the device will include observation from helicopters and intelligence work in a special center in the ancient citadel, where more than 320 cameras monitor the movements of the papal entourage.
