Zontes arrived at EICMA 2026 with a range reflecting its international growth and ambition to strengthen its position in the European market. ABC Mundial spoke with Monica Chen, the company’s Chief Sales Officer, about the brand’s development, expansion and latest launches in Milan.

One of the main attractions is the 853R, a naked motorcycle powered by an 847cc three-cylinder engine producing close to 150 hp and 90 Nm of torque. The company claims acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds and a top speed of up to 280 km/h.

Its technical package includes an aluminium frame, a single-sided swingarm, Brembo braking components and Kayaba suspension. These features make the 853R one of the brand’s most prominent presentations at this year’s show.

Zontes also displayed new developments for its scooter family, including the 552 range, alongside updates to the 703RR. The company has been expanding its presence in markets such as Italy and Spain, combining technology development, manufacturing capabilities and a broad portfolio across different segments.
