ORLANDO, Fla. – September 14, 2026. The magic of Disney Animation takes on a new dimension today at Disney's Hollywood Studios, where The Magic of Disney Animation officially debuts, inviting guests of all ages to explore the art and creativity behind animation through a collection of interactive experiences.

Inspired by the iconic Disney Animation headquarters and located near the legendary Sorcerer's Hat, the new experience transforms the space into a vibrant environment filled with characters, stories and creative moments.

Disney characters have magically taken over the studio, turning its different spaces into interactive settings where visitors can laugh, draw, dream and discover animation in a new way.

The Magic of Disney Animation features a collection of experiences, including “Drawn to Wonderland,” “Off the Page!”, “Olaf Draws!” and “Once Upon A Studio Theater.”

The new offering is designed to appeal to children while also inviting adults to reconnect with their creativity and inner child.

Through drawing, storytelling and interactive activities, guests can experience different aspects of animation and get closer to the creative world behind Walt Disney Animation Studios.

To celebrate the debut, 60 Disney Animation characters gathered for a special photo opportunity in front of The Magic of Disney Animation at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

The unique gathering brought together beloved characters representing different generations of Disney Animation, marking the launch of a new collection of experiences in which stories and characters from Walt Disney Animation Studios come to life in new and interactive ways.

With The Magic of Disney Animation, Disney adds another creative dimension to the Hollywood Studios experience, giving visitors the opportunity not only to watch their favorite animated stories, but also to draw, create, imagine and become part of the world of animation.
