The Copa Libertadores final was postponed to Sunday after Boca Juniors players were injured when their bus was attacked by River Plate fans.
CONMEBOL President Alejandro Dominguez announced the decision on Saturday, 10 minutes before the final was supposed to start.

The second leg of the match that has enthralled South America takes place at River Plate's El Monumental Stadium on Saturday night.
River Plate host Boca Juniors with the Copa Libertadores on the line, following on from the thrilling 2-2 draw between the fierce rivals in the first leg.
Boca twice took the lead in the first encounter through Ramon Abila and Dario Benedetto.
But River twice came back and levelled the scores thanks to strikes from Lucas Pratto and an own goal from Carlos Roberto Izquierdoz.
All of which has set up an enthralling encounter on Saturday evening, when Argentina and most of the football-watching world will come to standstill.
