The 83rd edition of the International Two-Wheel Exhibition officially opened at Fiera Milano Rho in the presence of Italian Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini. The event occupies ten exhibition halls for the first time and brings together the global motorcycle industry through November 8.

MILAN, Italy – Milan has once again become the international meeting point for the motorcycle industry. EICMA 2026 officially opened its 83rd edition on Tuesday, November 3, at Fiera Milano Rho, marking a historic milestone with record participation and exhibition space.

The opening ceremony was attended by Italy's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Matteo Salvini, alongside national, regional and local authorities, industry representatives and EICMA executives.

This year's exhibition has reached unprecedented dimensions, bringing together 765 exhibitors and 2,142 brands from 52 countries, across a total area of 300,000 square meters, including indoor exhibition space and outdoor areas.

For the first time since moving to the Rho exhibition district, EICMA is occupying ten halls, one more than in 2025 and the largest footprint ever achieved at this venue.

Founded in 1914, the exhibition continues to demonstrate its international appeal and its strategic importance to the global two-wheel industry. International participation is particularly strong: 74% of the brands are from outside Italy, while 30% of direct exhibitors are either making their debut or returning to the event.

Two major days for international business

The first two days, November 3 and 4, are dedicated to the media and industry professionals. Thousands of journalists and tens of thousands of trade visitors from around the world are expected to attend international product presentations, new launches, business meetings, conferences and networking events.

Manufacturers, suppliers, importers and distributors are gathering in Milan to discover new products, establish partnerships, expand commercial networks and explore opportunities in international markets.

"From 2021 to today, we have doubled the number of exhibition halls, from five to ten. This growth reflects companies' continued decision to invest in EICMA and in the value of face-to-face meetings," said Paolo Magri, CEO of EICMA S.p.A.

Magri also emphasized that the B2B days are at the heart of the exhibition's international role, connecting companies with a global audience and generating business contacts, communication opportunities and access to new markets.

EICMA President Pietro Meda highlighted the exhibition's broader economic impact, extending beyond the exhibition grounds and benefiting Milan and the Lombardy region. He also stressed the importance of turning international interest into tangible opportunities for the entire industry, from major manufacturers to startups.

EICMA opens to the public from November 5 to 8

From Thursday, November 5, through Sunday, November 8, the exhibition will open its doors to the general public, offering visitors the opportunity to discover the latest motorcycles, technologies, equipment and accessories from leading brands.

The program will feature competitions, shows, riding experiences and special activities. Among the main attractions is MotoLive, the outdoor arena dedicated to action and live entertainment, alongside experiences focused on urban mobility and a special exhibition celebrating the history of MotoGP.

Under the slogan "Always the first time. Every year, a discovery," EICMA 2026 once again aims to showcase the innovations, new products and emerging trends that will shape the next motorcycle season.

The exhibition will be open to the public from November 5 to 8, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., at Fiera Milano Rho.
