During IPW 2026, ABC MUNDIAL spoke with Ana Fernández, Area Director Leisure Sales at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, who highlighted the growth and comprehensive tourism experience offered by the iconic beachfront resort located in Hollywood Beach, Florida.

“Margaritaville is not just a hotel — it’s a destination,” Fernández said while describing the experience provided by the property, one of the most recognized resorts in South Florida thanks to its combination of entertainment, gastronomy, relaxation, and strategic location for the Latin American market.

The resort features 369 rooms and suites designed to provide comfort and spaciousness, all offering water views thanks to an architectural concept that takes advantage of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.

“All of our rooms begin on the 11th floor, so every guest enjoys a water view, whether it’s the ocean or the Intracoastal. That makes the experience truly spectacular,” she explained.

One of the resort’s main differentiators is its wide range of entertainment and services within the property. Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort offers eight restaurants and bars, a world-class spa, and three swimming pools designed for different types of travelers.

The first pool is family-oriented and includes a Kids Club, water slides, and recreational areas for children. Another features exclusive private cabanas with personalized service, while the third, located on the 11th floor, is reserved exclusively for adults and provides a more relaxing atmosphere with panoramic ocean views.

On the culinary side, the resort’s offerings range from casual beachfront dining and food trucks to upscale restaurants such as JWB Prime Steak & Seafood, specializing in premium steaks and fresh regional seafood.

In addition, every bar and restaurant serves different margarita creations, one of the signature elements of the Margaritaville experience.

Fernández also highlighted the resort’s excellent connectivity for international travelers, especially from Latin America.

“We are just fifteen minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport and also very close to the cruise ports, where Disney Cruise Line and many other major cruise companies operate,” she said.

The executive also emphasized the growth of direct air connections from Latin America, including flights from Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia, making access to the destination even easier.

Another major advantage of the resort is its integration with the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, an extensive beachfront promenade filled with restaurants, boutiques, bars, ice cream shops, and entertainment options.

“Guests practically do not need to rent a car. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel, and we also have direct access to the Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi, whose stop is located inside our property,” Fernández explained.

Entertainment is another key pillar of the resort. Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort offers live music every day, outdoor concerts, and activities for adults, teenagers, and children.

Among the most popular attractions is the FlowRider, an interactive surfing experience inside the hotel that has become a favorite among guests of all ages.

“Latin travelers love music, dancing, entertainment, and enjoying a good margarita — and this hotel truly has it all,” Fernández said.

With a combination of prime location, nonstop entertainment, gastronomy, relaxation, and direct beach access, Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort continues positioning itself as one of the most complete and attractive resorts in South Florida for international tourism.
