Royal Caribbean International has unveiled its new Asia cruise lineup for the 2027-2028 season aboard the Spectrum of the Seas, featuring an expanded portfolio of itineraries across 22 destinations. The announcement highlights the company’s strategic focus on the China market and broader Asian tourism growth.

The new program offers a wide range of sailings from 3 to 11 nights, combining short getaways with longer, immersive journeys. Key destinations include Japan, South Korea and Vietnam, with stops in major cities such as Tokyo, Osaka, Busan and Da Nang, as well as iconic attractions like Mount Fuji and Jeju Island.

A major highlight is the introduction of 8- to 10-night immersive cruises, including one-way sailings between cities like Shanghai and Tokyo. These itineraries are designed around seasonal experiences, such as spring blossoms and autumn foliage, offering deeper cultural engagement.

Short cruises from Shanghai and Hong Kong will also be available, alongside special holiday sailings for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. These festive itineraries combine onboard celebrations with unique seasonal experiences across Asia.

Onboard, Spectrum of the Seas delivers a full range of signature attractions, including skydiving simulators, panoramic observation capsules and diverse dining options. The new lineup positions Asia as a key growth region for cruise tourism in the coming years.
