Royal Caribbean has been named the Official Miami Host City Supporter for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, following a landmark partnership with the Miami Host Committee aimed at delivering innovative fan experiences and creating a lasting legacy across South Florida. The announcement was made on February 3, 2026, bringing together two global brands born and built in Miami: the world’s most innovative cruise line and the world’s biggest sporting event.

As part of the agreement, Royal Caribbean and the Miami Host Committee will roll out a series of interactive activations designed to engage fans, families, and local communities. The cruise line will anchor its presence at the FIFA Fan Festival™ Miami with an interactive fan zone, connecting the city’s passion for soccer with travel and entertainment.

The FIFA Fan Festival™ Miami will take place at Bayfront Park, transforming the downtown waterfront into the city’s main celebration hub for 23 days during the tournament. The family-friendly festival will feature live broadcasts of all matches on giant screens, world-class entertainment, local food offerings, and immersive brand experiences against Miami’s iconic skyline.

Fans will also be able to access behind-the-scenes stadium tours, appearances by top soccer legends, and special entertainment acts on the community stage at the Fan Festival. In addition, Royal Caribbean’s presence will extend across the city through dynamic branding at key locations, ensuring Miami itself reflects the energy and excitement of the World Cup.

“As a leading vacation brand shaped by this city’s unstoppable energy for more than 50 years, Royal Caribbean is proud to serve as the first Official Miami Host City Supporter for the FIFA World Cup 2026,” said Jason Liberty, Chairman and CEO of Royal Caribbean Group, adding that the company aims to create unforgettable experiences and a positive, long-term impact for the community.

Rodney Barreto, Co-Chair of the FIFA World Cup 26™ Miami Host Committee, said the partnership highlights what makes Miami a unique host city, combining hospitality, innovation, culture, and sport on a global stage. The agreement underscores a shared commitment to delivering immersive fan experiences and strengthening Miami’s role in the 2026 World Cup.
