Experience the magic of the holiday season in Greater Fort Lauderdale as the iconic Seminole Hard Rock Winterfest Boat Parade returns on December 13 — an annual spectacle that transforms the Intracoastal Waterway into a shimmering stage of lights, music, and festive energy. Now celebrating its 54th edition, this beloved tradition continues to captivate visitors from around the world, earning its reputation as the “Best Show on H2O.”

This year’s theme, “Yacht Rock of Ages,” promises a vibrant blend of rock ’n’ roll nostalgia and holiday sparkle as a fleet of brilliantly decorated boats and luxury yachts cruise along a 12-mile route. Expect smooth guitar riffs, dazzling illuminations, and a celebratory spirit that embodies the essence of Fort Lauderdale’s coastal charm.

Winterfest organizers have announced two co–grand marshals for 2025: internationally renowned pop artist Romero Britto and R&B star Montell Jordan, famous for the hit “This Is How We Do It.” Britto’s bold, colorful aesthetic will also be showcased on this year’s official Winterfest poster — a collector’s item for parade fans.

Whether you return to Greater Fort Lauderdale every December or are discovering this tropical paradise for the first time, the Winterfest Boat Parade is a must-experience highlight of the holiday season.
