WTM London 2025 Unveils Record-Breaking Conference Program
World Travel Market (WTM) London has revealed its 2025 conference program, promising the largest and most diverse lineup in its 45-year history. This year, for the first time, all sessions share a unifying theme: “Reimagining Travel in a Changing World”, offering speakers a platform to explore evolving travel trends, global policies, and shifting traveler behaviors.
The program already includes 40 confirmed sessions, with more expected. In 2024, WTM saw a 19% increase in attendance across all sessions, with the Sustainability Summit attracting 128% more attendees and the Marketing and Technology Summits both recording a 75% rise.
Key highlights include the WTM Trends Report in partnership with Oxford Economics, followed by a panel discussion in the Yellow Theatre on Tuesday, November 4, from 11:30 to 12:45. The WTM Ministers’ Summit, now in its 19th year, takes place the same day in the ICC Maritime Suites, moderated by the BBC, bringing together global tourism leaders to discuss policy, strategy, and investment.
UK Tourism Minister Sir Chris Bryant will participate in a C-suite panel, From Fortnum to F1, examining London’s growth as an event destination, scheduled from 15:00 to 15:45 in the Yellow Theatre.

- Technology Summit: The Technology Case for Empathy in Travel, Purple Theatre, Wednesday, November 5, 10:45–14:00.
- Geo-economics Summit: Macro-economic Shifts in Travel, Orange Theatre, Tuesday, November 4, 11:00–14:15.
- Marketing Summit: Travel Marketing Evolution, Yellow Theatre, Thursday, November 6, 10:30–14:45.
- Sustainability Summit: Sustainable Tourism is Dead – Long Live Sustainable Tourism, Purple Theatre, Tuesday, November 4, 11:00–14:15.
The conference also offers dedicated sessions for media and influencers on the impact of artificial intelligence on travel media, scheduled for Wednesday, November 5, 14:00–16:30 in the Media Centre. Additionally, food futurist Tony Hunter will explore how Gen Alpha is reshaping gastronomy tourism, Yellow Theatre, Wednesday, November 5, 11:30–12:15.
Conference Manager Brooke Gilbertson emphasized: “The pace of change in travel is accelerating. This year’s theme encourages all speakers to help attendees navigate and thrive in a rapidly evolving tourism landscape.”
