With long standing ovations, about 40 thousand people said good bye at Estadio Azteca of Mexico City, the remains of Roberto Gómez Bolaños "Chespirito" in a posthumous tribute in his honor.

At 13:23 hours the hearse red entered the field enclosure and a moderate rate began a tour of the four corners.

During the eight minutes-long journey, the audience applauded the casket which threw white flowers. With tears, women, men and children waved goodbye to the idol of generations passed away last Friday.

"It looks, feels,'Chespirito' is present," shouted the audience, while the ambient sound the theme "Thank you for always," composed for the event was heard.

Since the carriage, in which two bronze statues were placed with the figures of the "Red Grasshopper" and "Chavo del 8", and various floral arrangements, six people downloaded the coffin mahogany to place it in the middle of the court beneath a structure where a Catholic ceremony was held this body.
