Fred Dixon, who began his work at Brand USA this month, formally assumed the role of CEO of the organization with a message directed at the travel industry.
Jamaica's Tourism Minister, Hon. Edmund Bartlett, was recognized as a Global Tourism Icon at the ITB Berlin conference, an accolade bestowed by the Pacific Area Travel Writers Association (PATWA).
U.S. Travel Association President and CEO Geoff Freeman commended the Biden administration for its dedication to improving passenger rail connectivity, stating, "Our nation’s leaders have a responsibility to help travelers get from Point A to Point B—and rail has an important role to play in this effort.
