Visit Lauderdale unveils global inclusive tourism campaign for Greater Fort Lauderdale
Visit Lauderdale has launched a new global brand campaign for Greater Fort Lauderdale, Florida, titled “Never Lose Your Splash,” reinforcing the destination’s identity as a welcoming, inclusive and vibrant beach getaway in South Florida.
The campaign highlights what makes Greater Fort Lauderdale distinctive: 24 miles of beaches, an extensive network of navigable waterways, and a long-standing commitment to accessibility and diversity, positioning the region as a place where travelers can truly feel at home.
“‘Never Lose Your Splash’ is about celebrating the spirit that makes Greater Fort Lauderdale feel different the moment you arrive,” said Stacy Ritter, president and CEO of Visit Lauderdale. “It’s a place where people feel free to be themselves, connect through our waterways and rediscover the joy of travel in unexpected ways.”
The campaign debuted publicly during CNN’s New Year’s Eve Live broadcast with Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen, delivering significant global exposure at the start of the new year.
The integrated marketing effort includes broadcast and digital video, audio, print, social media and out-of-home advertising, and continues Visit Lauderdale’s strong pro-LGBTQ+ messaging, featuring a same-sex couple as part of its storytelling.
Greater Fort Lauderdale comprises 31 municipalities, including eight beach communities, and benefits from seamless airlift through Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, offering easy access to beaches, downtown areas and one of the world’s busiest cruise ports.
With “Never Lose Your Splash,” Visit Lauderdale positions Greater Fort Lauderdale not only as a premier beach destination, but as a place where authenticity, inclusion and joy are central to the travel experience.
