ABC MUNDIAL: Thank you for taking the time to speak with us, Marcel. Can you tell us about the latest advancements and plans for United Airlines globally?

Marcel Fuchs: It's great to be here at IPW in Los Angeles. This is truly the largest show where operators from all over the world come to make their arrangements and connections with hotel providers, car rental companies, and airlines. Of course, with nearly 5,000 delegates attending, it's amazing to see the interest in the United States as a destination for international travelers. We're particularly encouraged by the expected arrival levels for 2024, which are surpassing the 2019 levels in many regions such as Europe, Central and South America, and Asia.

ABC MUNDIAL: That's impressive growth. How is United Airlines capitalizing on this increased interest?

Marcel Fuchs: United Airlines continues to be the leading international carrier serving countries worldwide, and we're seeing continued interest in our business. We've recently launched a new flight from Jorge to Guyana, added capacity to Medellin, Colombia, and expanded our services in Argentina. In Asia, we're proud to offer increased services from Shanghai to San Francisco, complementing our routes to Los Angeles starting in August. We're also growing in Australia, with additional flights from Hong Kong and San Francisco, and we'll be resuming services from our second hub in the Philippines in October. In Europe, we're expanding to more destinations this year, including Barcelona, Lisbon, Athens, Rome, and Marrakech. United is truly proud to have the best international network among our U.S. competitors, offering appropriate products for business, leisure, or study travel. Our Economy Plus service is one of our top sellers, providing extra cabin space and comfort. Additionally, we offer a variety of upgrades and rewards for our loyal customers, making United Airlines a preferred choice for travelers worldwide.

ABC MUNDIAL: That sounds like an exciting expansion. How has United Airlines been working to secure agreements at IPW?

Marcel Fuchs: Our team at IPW has been working tirelessly to secure important agreements and partnerships. We're constantly striving to enhance our product offerings and provide the best travel experience for our customers. With one of the largest fleets in the United States, serving numerous destinations worldwide, we're proud to continue consolidating our presence globally. We're excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to further growth and success in the international travel market.
