Civitatis has added to its platform the experience of the "Visit to Diego Armando Maradona's House with Argentine BBQ."

In the heart of Buenos Aires' La Paternal neighborhood, just steps away from Argentinos Juniors' Diego Armando Maradona Stadium, stands a place steeped in history and football passion: The House of D10S (La Casa de D10S) . This space, which was the home of Diego Armando Maradona and his family from 1978 to late 1980, is now a museum that allows visitors to immerse themselves in the life of the legendary Argentine footballer.

We spoke with Cesar Martin Perez Dursi, Director of the Historic House of Diego Armando Maradona, known as "La Casa de D10S," who revealed the fascinating story behind this iconic place. According to Dursi, this house was provided by Argentinos Juniors to Maradona when he was just beginning his professional career, as a means to move him out of Villa Fiorito, the humble neighborhood where he grew up and faced difficult times.

"This is the house that the club gave to Diego to get him out of Villa Fiorito. Before this, he was living in a pH in Villa del Parque, but when he turned 18, the president of Argentinos Juniors, as part of the signing bonus, granted him this house," explained Dursi. "My father, along with a group of people, reclaimed the house in 2008 and turned it into a historic site for visitors to learn more about Maradona's life."

The House of D10S houses an impressive collection of Maradona's personal belongings, many of which remain as they were during his residence. From trophies to paintings, through his first signed contract and everyday items, the museum offers an intimate view of the football icon's life. Additionally, the house was used as a set for the official Maradona series, produced by Amazon Prime Video, which helped preserve its authenticity.

Located at Lascano 2257, La Casa de D10S is not only a destination for football enthusiasts but also for those who wish to immerse themselves in Argentine culture and history. The visit experience includes a tour of the various rooms of the house, as well as an Argentine BBQ dinner on the terrace, where Maradona used to cook for his family and friends.

Moreover, the house offers additional activities, such as collaborating with the Ricardo soup kitchen in Villa Fiorito every tenth of the month, where Maradona used to get involved, and participating in streaming talks about his sporting legacy.

In summary, La Casa de D10S is much more than a museum: it is a living tribute to the legacy of Diego Armando Maradona, a place where the past and present merge to provide a unique experience for visitors. If you wish to immerse yourself in the life of the legendary Argentine footballer, you cannot miss visiting this iconic place. This initiative seeks to maintain and spread the sporting legacy of the Argentine footballer who became a legend.
