Universal's parks in Orlando and California brought big news by meeting with the press and interviewing travel buyers from around the world at the IPW in San Antonio, Texas.

During the IPW Media Marketplace we spoke with Caroll Almeida, from Universal Parks & Resorts, who offered a broad overview of the new attractions that there are to offer to travelers who choose to vacation in the US.

Our biggest news at Universal Studios Orlando is that Illumination’s Villain-Con Minion Blast, the new attraction located within the “Minion Land” area, will be opening with new technology.
It is based on a game where it is about checking if the visitors have the skills to become a villain. It is a very interactive attraction.

“It is truly a one-of-a-kind interactive gaming experience that will immerse guests in the world of Illumination's Minions franchise as they compete to see if they have what it takes to be the next super villain,” says Caroll.

 In addition there will be new shops and restaurants based on the success of the franchise and the latest movie.

In Orlando, Universal has 3 parks and 8 hotels, with plenty of possibilities for visitors to enjoy.
