Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando Rings in Spring with New "TRON Lightcycle/Run" Attraction and Return of Magical Nighttime Spectacles

A new and exciting experience will arrive on April 4 at the Magic Kingdom theme park, it is TRON Lightcycle / Run. With this new attraction, guests will experience being digitized and transported to the Grid for a special Lightcycle race, pitting "Team Blue" against the menacing Grid Programs, "Team Orange." The goal is to be the first to go through eight Energy Gates and secure victory. This attraction will be one of the fastest and most futuristic roller coasters in Disney theme parks worldwide.

The TRON Lightcycle/Run story picks up right after "TRON: Legacy" where Kevin's son Sam Flynn opened a second gateway to a digital realm called the Grid. The first of these portals that Sam created is in Shanghai Disneyland with the original Tron Lightcycle Power Run.

On the 3rd of the same month, the impressive nighttime show "Happily Ever After" will return to Magic Kingdom park, with new projections throughout Main Street, U.S.A. In the meantime, visitors will be able to take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy "Disney Enchantment" until April 2.

An all-new late-night show will debut at EPCOT in September, and leading up to the launch of this new show, "EPCOT Forever" will return, for a limited time, with a collection of songs that take guests on a journey to the past and future with lasers. , lighting, special effects and fireworks over the sky of the World Showcase Lagoon also from April 3, so "Harmonious" will be presented until April 2.
