The Raj Ghat of New Delhi: The Memorial in honor of a Mahatma Gandhi
The Raj Ghat is a black marble platform that was erected to remember the exact point where Gandhi was cremated in 1948. In the right place, a priest is responsible for watching over the ashes of Gandhi and keeping an eternal flame alive.
