These 10 sites are providing FREE NYS lottery scratch-off tickets to individuals over 18 who get their first dose of the Pfizer vaccine or the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine. The ticket, which is sold by retailers across the state for $20, has a grand prize of $5 million. The program runs from May 24 to May 28, 2021.
