The project will begin on September 1 and run through December 22, 2026, in a transformation designed not only to update the aesthetics of the spaces, but also to further strengthen one of the concepts that defines the property located directly across from Eagle Beach: rest and relaxation as an essential part of the travel experience.

The renovation will be carried out progressively and with careful planning. The resort will work on only three rooms at a time, with the goal of preserving the property's characteristic tranquility and ensuring that construction does not interfere with guests' stays.

The renovation includes new furniture, refreshed finishes, new bathroom furnishings, improved lighting and updated accessories. Decorative elements inspired by Aruba's natural landscapes will also be incorporated, combining light woods, organic textures and tones inspired by the island's sand, sea and sunlight.

But one of the most interesting aspects of the project is that Bucuti & Tara intends for the renovation to go beyond aesthetics.

The design of the new rooms incorporates concepts centered on restorative sleep and well-being, from lighting to the ability to create darker and quieter environments, with beds and spaces designed to promote a higher quality of sleep.

The renovation will not interrupt resort operations

One of the key aspects highlighted by Bucuti & Tara is that the property will not close during the renovation.

Restaurants, beach service, wellness offerings, the spa and the rest of the guest experiences will continue operating as usual. In addition, any work that may generate noise will be limited to daytime hours, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

The planning also includes alternatives for guests should construction affect their experience. The resort has indicated that it may offer a transfer to another quiet room within the property or, when necessary, a comparable stay at a nearby property.
