Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort, Aruba, Ranks Once Again Among the Caribbean’s Best in Travel + Leisure’s 2025 World’s Best Awards
Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort, the exclusive adults-only retreat on the Caribbean island of Aruba, has once again been recognized among the top 25 resorts in the Caribbean, Bermuda, and the Bahamas in the prestigious Travel + Leisure 2025 World’s Best Awards. This accolade cements its position as the only resort in Aruba to be featured on this year’s list, standing out for its commitment to sustainable luxury, romance, and holistic wellness.
The recognition was granted by readers of the magazine, who evaluated over 8,700 properties worldwide based on criteria such as service, location, room quality, culinary experience, and value. In this edition, nearly 180,000 readers cast more than 657,000 votes, spotlighting those travel experiences that leave a lasting impression in the hearts of guests.
“Being consistently named among the best reflects our associates' dedication to delivering genuine care, sustainable luxury, and a space where guests feel deeply connected with themselves and with Aruba,” said Crescenzia Biemans, Corporate Director of the resort.
Romance, Sustainability, and Wellness at the Core
Beyond its outstanding service and serene beachfront location, Bucuti & Tara stands out for its deep environmental and community commitment. It is the only carbon-neutral certified resort in the Caribbean, and has recently enhanced its offerings to continue innovating with purpose.
Among the most notable highlights:
- The renovation of its signature restaurant, Elements, which now combines fine seaside dining with sustainability.
- An expanded wellness program featuring a new open-air yoga platform surrounded by nature, alongside fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness activities.
- A unique luxury canine experience, with gourmet menus for pets, personalized care, and a dedicated Canine Concierge.
Later this summer, Bucuti & Tara will debut Terra by Jeremy Ford, a new culinary concept by the Michelin-starred chef and founder of Miami’s acclaimed Stubborn Seed. This new venture will blend high-level gastronomy with the resort’s eco-conscious vision.
Aruban Pride, Global Recognition
“What sets Bucuti & Tara apart is the passion behind every detail,” said Rik van der Berg, the resort’s general manager. “We are a place where couples reconnect, where wellness is a way of life, and where sustainability is embedded in our essence.”
This latest honor reaffirms Bucuti & Tara’s leadership in the Caribbean as a model of responsible tourism, refined hospitality, and authentic experiences that inspire. One more reason to consider Aruba as a top conscious luxury destination.
