Famous Elements Restaurant Reimagined, Unveils Sustainable Dining at Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort, Aruba
Eagle Beach, Aruba – Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort, Aruba, has ushered in the new year with an enhanced guest experience by reimagining its renowned Elements Restaurant. The transformation, led by acclaimed design firm FG Stijl, blends sophisticated aesthetics with sustainability, reinforcing the resort’s status as the Caribbean’s first and only certified carbon-neutral hotel. The refreshed Elements Restaurant now offers an immersive dining experience that combines luxury with environmental consciousness.
A Sustainable Design Inspired by Aruba
FG Stijl, a globally recognized interior architectural firm specializing in boutique hotels and luxury yachts, has infused Elements with a design that reflects Aruba’s natural beauty and cultural heritage. The interior features handcrafted pieces from local artisans, embodying the island’s rich history and ecological essence.
The color palette and textures take inspiration from Aruba’s landscapes, including the ancient petroglyphs of Arikok National Park, a site co-founded for conservation by Bucuti & Tara’s Owner/CEO, Ewald Biemans. This commitment ensures the protection of 20% of Aruba’s land while preserving the legacy of the Arawak Caiquetio people.
Guests can now enjoy a seamless indoor-outdoor experience, thanks to expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that invite natural light and ocean breezes. New rounded furniture offers a cozy yet elegant ambiance, making every meal a tranquil retreat with an unrivaled view of Eagle Beach, consistently ranked among the world’s top beaches.
Elevating Sustainable Culinary Excellence
Long celebrated for its farm-to-future approach, Elements continues its dedication to sustainable cuisine under the leadership of Executive Chef Federico Marin and Director of Food & Beverage Nicolas Nemalceff. Their newly crafted menu showcases Mediterranean-inspired dishes made with responsibly sourced ingredients, catering to a diverse range of dietary preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.
Signature dishes include:
- Golden-seared Bucuti Funchi
- Jerk Chicken Tacos
- Tropical Corvina with Mango Vinaigrette
- Linguini Al Nero with Jumbo Shrimp
- Siciliana Pizza with Locally Produced Burrata and Prosciutto
- Passionfruit Pavlova and Baklava Croissant for Dessert
All meals are prepared in a fossil fuel-free kitchen powered by renewable energy, emphasizing the resort’s zero-food-waste-to-landfill approach. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with the highly anticipated sophisticated Sunday Brunch debuting on February 2, 2025.
