Until April 7, 2024, Universal Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval presents a dazzling Mardi Gras parade, irresistible cuisine inspired by Carnival celebrations around the world, and, on select nights, live concerts. The event has become one of the most popular at Universal in recent years, blending entertainment and parade with a full-fledged food festival and striking the perfect balance between the two.

The festival immerses visitors in a global Carnival experience, with each dish offering a taste of vibrant culinary cultures from around the world.
This year's Mardi Gras theme focuses on the Elements, bringing to life six new and incredibly detailed floats that will join the traditional parade of floats inspired by New Orleans, such as the iconic two-story float and the nearly 50-foot-long King Gator. Universal Orlando Resort has become a global Carnival hotspot, hosting the highly anticipated Mardi Gras International Flavors of Carnaval. The festival is a culinary celebration, with themed kiosks throughout Universal Studios Florida, each offering unique delights from around the world.
This year's spectacular concert series will feature ten live performances from some of the biggest names across all music genres. From Grammy-winning artist DJ Khaled, to sensational Ava Max, to five-time Latin Grammy winner Luis Fonsi. Performances will take place on select nights following the Mardi Gras parade on the Music Plaza stage, located in front of the thrilling Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit roller coaster.
Mardi Gras attendees can savor the delicious flavors of global Carnival celebrations, from New Orleans to Spain, China, and beyond. With a menu featuring over 60 tasting items, kiosks offer culinary delights inspired by diverse destinations from around the world.
