With an infectious excitement, she welcomed us and conveyed her genuine pleasure at our presence, setting the perfect tone for an enjoyable breakfast experience.

"We're so excited to be here," she said with a bright smile. "We pride ourselves on coffee and teas—that's what we mostly want to be known for. We do have an extensive food menu, which is not normal for a cafe."

Her passion for their specialty drink, the Nitro White, was evident as she described it—a cold brew infused with nitrogen, white chocolate espresso, and white oat milk, creating a unique texture reminiscent of a Guinness-like drink.

"We're from Pompano; we live right over the bridge. This is where we grew up; we love it here," she shared warmly, her eyes reflecting her deep connection to the community. "We've just always seen a need. We have family that comes and stays at the hotel, and they're like, 'There's no coffee over here.' So, just knowing that there was a need, and we're in love with Pompano."
