Manhattan

Created at a party hosted by Jennie Jerome, mother of Sir Winston Churchill in 1874. The Manhattan is a classic cocktail in the world. This is a drink that is made with whiskey, Vermout Seco, Angostura (which may be substituted or bitter Fernet drink made from herbs) and cherries in syrup.

Pina Colada

The story goes that the inventor was a Spanish named Ramon Portas Mingot which resided in Argentina and was taken to Puerto Rico in 1960 at the hands of another Spanish, Pepe Barrachina, to work in his restaurant as tender as it was widely recognized in Buenos Aires thanks to its cookbooks. During his stay as a bartender Barrachina Restaurant, in 1963, Ramon Portas Mingot created this cocktail in a mixture of pineapple juice, coconut cream, condensed milk and ice. Margarita
