President Enrique Peña Nieto announced that in the coming weeks, together with the private sector, the economic strategy should be defined to promote the development of the southern region, as we announced last November 27 when he presented his Decalogue against insecurity.

As he led the startup of Transport Natural Gas Refinery Jaltipan to Dovalí Jaime Antonio Salina Cruz and construction of the Fleet Retail PEMEX, the federal president said that the implementation of economic development in the southern states generate welfare and combat large backlogs in that region.

He said the goal is to remove the brake that prevents the development of the nation and said that this year the first effects of the reforms approved last year, in which his administration is already working to implement them and bring benefits for Mexican families will be reflected .

The head of the Federal Executive said that with the start of transport natural gas from Veracruz to Oaxaca an investment of five billion pesos will be generated, which will bring great benefits to the entity as using cleaner fuels Pemex Refining and stop use fuel oils.

He said that construction projects of new gas and oil pipelines for new lines for the whole country will be expanded, which will be an expansion of 75 percent over the pipeline network across the country.

He said that one of the goals is to promote the development of the southern part of the country, adding that it is giving a boost to the shipbuilding industry with the construction of 22 vessels with an investment of four billion pesos.

In thanking the military, Peña said he also engaged in other activities that help in works to allow economic growth and various entities.

Pemex director, Emilio Lozoya said that thanks to the constitutional changes in energetic field this year will be the start of implementation of reforms and that translate into benefits for Mexican families.

He explained that will be increased investment and increased productivity during this 2015; adding that by order of President Peña Nieto further development of the public company in collaboration with the State Governments will be achieved.
