Not good walk without pants. The aldermen of the city of Tuszyn past week are fighting (on behalf of his patriotic, political and moral duty) to protect children and adults from the negative influence of this legendary teddy bear
In the world around us today, the succession of problems and crises is endless: war, famine, terrorist attacks, corruption, ecology ... well, the list could be as long, that would fill this whole article and add nothing new the question.
But there are places in this world where politicians are really serious conflicts and spend their time solving the problems of those who have voted. Problems are only able to perceive.
In a small town in Poland, Tuszyn (148km from the capital, Warsaw) a citizen des located occurred to him that the employer of a playground for children outside Kubuś Puchatek (Polish translation of Winnie the Pooh). And it caused panic among city councilors, who for a week are fighting (on behalf of his patriotic, political and moral duty) to protect children, elderly and other species of negative infulencia of this teddy mythical bear.
The question that reveals and guide discussions is whether Kubuś Puchatek can be patron of a playground, considering that NUDE is medium. No matter the season, go always dressed only in a pseudo remerita top. Do not wear pants, bah, you not only specifically missing pants, do not wear underwear, panties, shorts, or whatever you need to bring a teddy bear.
The kids do not pay attention to these details, but councilors are outraged. What's more, local authorities argue that the friendly bear has his sexual identity are altered, and do not really know if it's him or her. To make matters worse, the author of Winnie the Pooh, Milne Alan Aleksander, when he turned 60, in a fit of madness, he castrated himself with a razor. A similar character created by author, with obvious problems of gender identity, should certainly have a sexual confilcto which securely transmitted as patron to the guys who play in the square that bears his name.
And so Tuszyna councilors now have a serious problem to solve. And they are outraged. The question is who is more indignantly politicians or the bear.
After a week of discussions the playground of Tuszyn still employer. And to think that seemed so simple and easy. It all started when one of the councilors suggested that the new park be named after this bear, which for generations and throughout the world, brings joy to millions of children, and not so young. But in the country of the Pope, nothing is siemple and simple
The reaction was so violent that as a first step the matter went to the budget committee and has raised more emotions that the analysis of costs for next year.
"The bear is dressed in a form suitable for contact with the kids, so it would be better that the Polish version of Winnie the Pooh, the Misio Puchatek, whether the employer. He's dressed properly so it will be a good example for children "- says Alderman Ricardo Cichy
But this is not the only argument. The council went further in an effort to engage the English bear. In the recording of the meeting, during which the issue was discussed, was questioned his masculinity.
"This bear is so that if someone who understands English listener knows that he does not have sex" - says in the recording of the councilors
"Hermaphrodite" shouts a few minutes another.
Expressed his opinion means that almost everywhere, and even the mayor of the Canadian city of Winnipeg, hence the original Winnie has felt compelled to go out and defend the employer of your city.
Meanwhile everyone is wondering who will decide the new councilors to begin his term in January 2015.
After all it is winter, snows, the playground is closed, and the kids today do not need to know if our hero bear is male or female. The problem can start when starting with asking for sex Donald Duck and his family, Daffy Duck, Bugs Bunney, Tom and Jerry, and many others.
Fortunately, in the world nothing happens and politicians paid by citizens can address important issues.
