Before a single negative event, two people react differently. It depends on the emotional state. The difference between the two is in the thoughts.
"Cognitive Therapy teaches us that are not the situations that cause us the state of joy or discomfort, but it depends on the interpretation that makes each of the events," said James Gomez, Director of Better Life and Decide Center for Cognitive Psychology (enrollment: 15,159), speaking to ABC WORLD.
Mr. Gómez, explains. "People react badly to a negative day, have very low tolerance to the product of their rigid thoughts frustration think that what they have planned to leave if you or that way and when it does not happens, they get very bad".

-Stimulate operative thoughts that focus on solutions.
- DO NOT deny the problems but think about how to solve it.
-Act From reflection and not from the emotional.
-Establish a hierarchy of problems, not put everything in the same bag.
-Make An objective assessment of the problems not dramatize.
-Always Maintain a positive attitude.
