The president visited the Free Trade Area (ZCL) Pilot China (Shanghai) and said the decision to build the area was an important reform and opening up has happened in modern times.

It was reported on Friday afternoon that more than 16,000 companies with 280,000 employees have entered the area in the past eight months, it has experienced transparency in investment management, convenience in trade, financial innovation and reform of government administration. The President emphasized that the ZCL in Shanghai is a great driver that needs careful management. Management should combine structural reform and exploration of new methods while controlling risks and makes improvements gradually.
