Zuelo comes in three product versions: Classic, Vivid and Soft. All three reflect particular moments in the harvest which covers a period from the early days of April to late May. Depending on the time of harvesting olives, oils extracted presented significant differences in aroma and flavor materials.
The extra-virgin olive oil Zuelo are made from a special selection of olives, from own olive trees located in Maipu, Mendoza.
