Ambassador Huang Lien Sheng took over as new Director General of Trade and Cultural Office in Taipei, representing the Government of the Republic of China Taiwan in Argentina. Huang served as Consul General of the Representation of the Republic of China Taiwan in Rio de Janeiro and met his diplomatic mission as Director General of the Economic and Cultural Center in Taipei Portugal and Peru, in addition to being ambassador to Paraguay.

This vast experience and fluency in Castilian language, make knowledgeable of politics in Latin America. Replaces in office to Matthew Lee, who went on to fulfill duties as ambassador to Jordan.
